Check out LOTR's advice below.
HELP! I'm haunted by "Cute Girl on has Orgasm on Webcam"

You can also try using The TechNutopia Fullsize Hostiles List for BearShare and LimeWire to reduce the amount of spam that you see.

This file seems to be on every search no matter who or what you search for.
My advice is to just ignore that file and carry on with your normal downloading as if it wasn't there.

Shaking girl...

FINALLY... proof that I am not the only person being forced to tolerate that harlot and her tawdry exploits!!!
I have had to minimize my screen way too many times because my children were nearby and I (obviously) didn't want them to be able to read it. For some reason that garbage always seems to be at the top of the page lingering with fake numbers as you wait forever for your initial search results to catch up. What bothers me the most, however, is that I have to make my 7 year old daughter leave the room in order for me to download her beloved Jonas Brothers because some perv seems to think that it's perfectly acceptable to wedge spam between Hannah Montana and Ashley Tisdale. :bangh:

You can mark those files as junk, and if you go into the options (Tools>Options>Filters>Junk) and you can decide if you want the junk files left in place, sent to the bottom of the search results, or not shown at all.

See autogenerated spam results

A lot of good info here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/downlo...h-results.html

Thank you- I'm relieved to find out that I don't have to deal with looking at it anymore!!! :super:

Why don't you just filter the word "shaking" or whatever.

It's not likely to reduce any 'real' files you're after.

Sleepless September 27th, 2008 09:19 PM

Funny that you think "orgasm" would be in a relevant search :p

but yeah, keyword filter FTW

And by the way it really sounds like you haven't checked out my guide in the Limewire tips and trick section. Your loss ;)

eyeeye74 September 28th, 2008 05:30 AM

Hi. I am either getting nothing at all in the search boxes though it is showing considerable numbers in brackets and if I do get something again I get the Shaking orgasm and I have junk filtered

Lord of the Rings September 28th, 2008 07:41 AM

Follow the above advice carefully. :) I like to arrange my results by size. So the junk usually falls down near the bottom, and if it isn't already marked as junk, I can easily see it is junk via either its size or title. ;)

Keep in mind the LW Junk filter is not perfect & is a learning tool. So you need to train it. Some good items may show as junk so don't let those stay as junk if they are obviously good files. To unmark good files as junk, do the opposite to how to mark items as junk. ;)

That "shaking" file seems to have as many as 50 in the # column. Does that mean there are 50 PC's on line ready to share in the download process?

Tribecca9 September 30th, 2008 08:51 PM

Shake Me, Baby!

LOL, I think it's most important for everyone of us to hit 'TRASH' and watch it go away in relation to THAT specific file querry. Maybe then the next chump who's surfing for the Grateful Dead won't suffer a premature death when Sally starts shaking her stuff.http://www.gnutellaforums.com/images...irokrotima.gif

If this is spam, then chances are there is more than one copy coming from each computer. I've noticed when banning ip addresses, there's usually many less ip's than total number of spam. Up to at least 3 spam per ip. Remember there's organisations out there who are sponsored to spam the network, and they use a very large number of networked computers
