I get 100% of the file down and then, rather than verifying the contents and saving the file, I get shoved into "Queued" status. This happens even if I am only downloading one file.
It is most frustrating. |

Queued = your LW is too busy to handle the file.
If it continually happens in examples such as in first post above, then it suggests that perhaps your LW preferences are partially corrupt. You can remove the file from the download window by pressing Cancel button after selecting it. Then go to your incomplete folder & remove it to wherever you wish it. If you wish to share it back then place it in your Shared folder. Instructions on deleting your LW preferences folder: delete your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html Please make a note of all your settings before you delete the LW preferences folder because you will need to reset all of them again. Details such as Saving location, days to keep incomplete files, etc. |
