Slow download speed / No serch results

Hi guys,
I've been using Limewire pro for over a year now and recently i have been getting slow download speeds - unable to download anything and no search results. My connection shows "Turbo Charged" however when i start to download something it changs to "Excellent,good or fair". Can anyone give me some advice ? . Thx in advance
