 how do i unzip downloaded items that are zip programs? once i have downloaded any given item or items that have a zip on them , i try to open by double clicking item and a window comes up that file does not have win help for win zip. all i can do is hit ok and then i return to libraury, how can i open theses items so i can get access them now?  |
