Download - Corrupt Files (all files show as corrupted)

I am using 4.18.8 on Vista. ALL files that I download (some with MANY sources) are indicated as being corrupt and therefore deleted. I'm using the default settings for saving downloads.

What am I doing wrong? Since I only d/l classical music I can hardly believe that all of them are corrupt?
