To keep LW from trying to D/L Torrents, go to Tools > Options > BitTorrent > Basic. Uncheck "Start Automatically" Apply > OK.

Tools > Options > Advanced > File Associations. Uncheck "Use Limewire for .torrent files". Apply > OK.

This should keep LW from Opening when using uTorrent.

I think uTorrent has a built-in link to Bitzi, and most torrent sites list reviews.
