downloading torrents slow

i have limewire pro, and never have had problems till now. i cant seem to download any torrents now. it says downloading from 8 hosts or more but at 0 kb/s. the searched files work fine and dl normal, but any torrent files say this and don't ever change. i have files set to 20 dl at a time and updated my firewall to allow from limewire. there is still the brick wall icon at the bottom though. for a while i had no probs with the torrents, but over the last week its been doing this. any help please
