Red files usually means they are not being shared. Right-click the file listings & choose share.

If iTunes cannot play them then it sounds they are not properly added to iTunes Music Library, but instead just a playlist listing from LW's download folder.

You cannot burn from the LW playlist that shows in LW, only play. That playlist is so misleading.

Thanks for the reply have read that on the stickies. I have tryed to share and it does nothing.
Before the limewire update everything was working fine in itunes and they are all added to the library fine. It's all changed since the update can't play, share, select or drag files even when i now download the song goes red straight away.
Also i am trying to burn the songs from limewire in my itunes done a few cd's the other day all fine but since the update nothing.

Cheers
Tim.

Go to LW's menu bar, Tools > Options > Sharing & tick option to Share Finished downloads.

Also check this, it might apply to you: If you updated LimeWire & cannot find your Downloads
