![]() Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at bottom of LW? ![]() Did you add LW to exceptions on your Vista firewall? http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...tml#post320774 Some things to try: (a) Problems with the search, __ (b) Hostiles List, __ (c) Under Tools > Options > Sharing > Advanced, set for Partial File Sharing. This will only partially share your next downloads, not your present ones. The fact your search is working fine but only downloads are slow either sounds like set up, else ISP interference. Oh another suggestion I forgot, you could try changing connection or/and listening ports to one between the 49152 - 65535 range. But you'd need to adjust your firewall/router if they also have a port setting for LW within them. This range of ports is less likely to be affected by ISP interference, but still no guarantee depending on the isp's filtering technique. |
