Cant Download Anything (files queued & then 'already being downloaded')

i have not been able to download any songs at all today...i tried and it said queue for the longest time so i cancelled it and deleted it from the incomplete file and tried to download a song again and its telling me file is already being downloaded but nothing is in my incomplete files or anytwhere else...can someone tell me whats happening and how i can fix it so i can download songs again? any information or help would greatly be appreciated...THANK YOU
