TUGZip 3.3 - all in one freeware archiving utility TUGZip same as winrar but FREE
 (the official site is http://www.tugzip.com/ )But many of the rar files out there are fakes or viruses. Be sure it's over 2 MB in size & scan it with your anti virus, etc. security programs before opening.
