How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes) {click on link} has pictures as well.

But for LW 5 you can set it so audio downloads auto import into iTunes. Then once in iTunes, make a playlist & sync that playlist with iPod. Else, manually add the songs to iPod using the Manual setting.
