Uploading question. I was going through my library today and noticed that every single picture that i had viewed in windows photo gallery was in my images section of my library. I am wondering if people could have uploaded these images? I currently have a firewall set up and I have never checked the security features under "tools>options>security>unsafe categories" that would enable me to share documents over P2P. The same goes with my movies, but like I said before I have never selected a file to be shared. The only files that I notice that are being shared are my audio files and they are automatically shared? None of the files were being shared at the moment but I was wondering if somehow they could have been shared? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
In other words... In order for these added files to be shared would I have to manually click on the share button for each picture? Or are they automatically shared once they have been added to "My Library?" |
No they are not. You need to manually select them to be shared. :) See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/gettin...s-windows.html :) Only what is in your P2P Network window is what's being shared. :) Clicking there is the fastest way. There is a link above the section windows which says 'What I'm Sharing', so you can click that. |
Awesome! So the only way that i can share added images from my hard drive is by going to the images section of "My Library" and selecting the picture that I want to share and click on share with "P2P network?" |
yes ;) |
