There are several ways and modifications now to get this working on Vista and Windows 7. But the latest version i have found is great its Peerguardian code but they now have a signed driver so it runs without all the messing around or pressing F8 as ur system starts up PeerBlock ? Peerblock Site check it out its free and the same thing just as far as I know there old site crashed and this is the replacement
