It is painful if the key file is downloads.dat , I installed a new version of LIMEWIRE and then uninstalled it because it was too dam fancy. Then i uninstalled it and re-installed Older version, and now my downloads are gone!

I still have the files in the D:\incomplete folder but cant get a way to resume the files i have made backups and then used the new downloaded files filenames for the older downloaded files and the limewire still will not resume, i hate it.

Kazza can be installed on a new OS and all you need is the incomplete DAT file and then download will start from where it was , resume successfully. Why the hell not LimeWire, i am sure now there must be a fix since version 3.8, please can somebody tell me what is up?
