"greatest hits"?
 

I've been using lime wire for awhile now, I have 5.1.2 and it stop getting hits.it says full bars but when i search for somthing it only gets one hit and that is
"(what I searched for) greates hits 2009"
this happens consistently no matter what I search. any ideas

Those files are infected. Add the word greatest or 2009 to LW's keyword filter. Click ok to save the change.

If all that's coming up in searches is junk, go tools > advanced tools & remove the ultrapeers that you're connected to (right click on a host > remove). Sometimes you can end up connected to bad UPs then you'll see crappy files in search results.
It's ok to remove all UPs - new ones (hopefully better ones) will take their place.

If you're comfortable with using a Beta version of LW, you could try 5.2.1. There have been some changes with filtering (so that you can filter by file size & weed out those tiny files that are usually junk/viruses) & also some improvements to security.
