Still Getting No Search Results...
 

I've tried every solution I could find, and I'm still getting no results on searches that are, if not common, at least ones for which I've gotten plenty before. I've deleted preferences, deleted all my ultrapeers, NOTHING'S working...
I'm using 5.1.2 on Vista with a DSL connection. I've given LW access through my firewall, and nothing yet has worked.
Also, I don't know how relevant this is, but when I was deleting the ultrapeers, I noticed the "Incoming searches - people on the p2p network are currently searching for..." is not refreshing at all.
I'm sorry if this thread is repetitive, but I'm getting DESPERATE...

Is probably because due to the intermediate time between losing an ultrapeer & not being fully connected to the network, and your shares being re-recognised by the network which may take a # amount of time.

Some more questions:

Are your bars fully lit up on the bottom left of your screen? [Full connectivity]

If you aren't an active Ultrapeer, you shouldn't be getting many queries in the incoming queries panel, so don't worry about that.

Can you give an example with screen shot of a search that isn't performing?

Have you tried disabling your Firewall altogether and seeing if that fixes it so we can trace it back to being a firewall issue?
