Firstly some tips:

1. Movie download issues (click on blue link) (2nd last post has information on best video formats.)

2. How to find music (which also applies to videos)

3. The player we would recommend is called VLC - (click on link). Alternatively, see CODECs list for Movies/Audio/ Alternate players
