I'd have suggested 4.16.7 rather than 4.18 because LW 4.16 will continue your incomplete files from LW 5 much more easily than 4.18. However there is a trick to it; Downgrading to LimeWire 4 from 5 & resuming incomplete downloads. But that's up to you.

eg: LW 4.18 will not even see your LW 5 incomplete files in your search results (they will not be marked as already downloading, & will not auto-start.)
