Help, I'm new (Won't d/l, Says publisher is unknown)

I just bought limewire pro but it wont let me download it says that the publisher is unknown. I'm really confused.

Put Limewire site on your browser & security centre's safe list. Also, try this version http://www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireWin-full.exe but you will need to have Java 1.6 installed first: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp (choose offline version.)
