When using p2p file sharing, you are downloading from other users like yourself not a website. So you can only download as fast as the uploaders can offer. Keep in mind the uploaders are probably uploading more than one file so their upload speeds are shared. They may even have cut their upload speed to less then maximum.
Best advice is to occasionally re-search the file as you did originally to see if you can find more hosts. Then a few minutes later right-click the search tab & choose Find/Get More Results. This will hopefully find more hosts for you to download from *if* they have upload slots available of course.
