Default download problems on iMac with Snow Leopard

I have been having trouble on my new IMac. I used the trial version that came on the computer and it worked great so I purchased Pro for OS Snow Leapord. Since I downloaded pro, I have only been able to download 1 tune. The others have just stayed in queued, connecting or need more resorces. I have tried at least 30 tunes from different users and different gernes. Always with the same result except for the one tune. I have gone into preferances and clicked for default. That was when I was able to download the one tune but nothing since then. I have a good connection and I get the search just fine. I'm just not able to get the tunes I try to download. I need HELP. Don

I doubt LimeWire came with your iMac. And there is no 'trial' version. There is a Basic & a Pro version. The differences are only subtle.

Often when upgrading to Pro it's wise to delete the LW preferences, however with LW 5 you need to be careful how you do this because the download preferences are now stored within the main LW preferences folder; see Deleting LW Preferences folder in OSX

Queued = your LW is too busy.
Queued, Connecting, Need More Sources, are terms LW 5 does not use. These are terms LW 4 uses. Sounds to me like you did not purchase the Official LW Pro but instead went to a scam site. Perhaps that's why your original version was called a Trial version.

This is the Official LW site: Official Website & Free Download - Lime Wire
