Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Torrent sites will have a torrent file you download to your computer. It will probably have the extension .torrent. Go to LW's menu bar, choose File menu, choose Open Torrent .. direct it to where your torrent file is & choose open. Simple is that.
