No Search Results

I just got a new computer and download the latest version of Limewire. I downloaded several files, but for the last few days, I haven't been able to get any results aside from random spam files that have all or even just part of the name of what I'm searching for. If I don't get the spam results, then I get nothing. What happened ? There are a lot of things that I'd like to search for, but I can't get any results....no matter what I do. I run Windows 7 and Limewire 5.5.8.
