don´t get any search result
 

after great problems installing and connecting i´ve now the problem that i don´t get any search result even if i write in mp3, norton, ulead or other

on the right side a green button is turning, and after some seconds it stops

what do i wrong? must i do any settings in options?

thanks for help (i´m not english)
