Default p2p, torrent, isohunt

I'm posting this in all threads, please bear with me

my LW (5.5.6) simply wont download torrents. I CAN search and download files through LW itself, but torrents (mainly from isohunt) doesnt connect to peers. I did download very successfully for long time, then simply stopped. Nothing wrong with the torrents, as i tried some that succuessfully downloaded in the past.

I use win7
LW allowed through firewall
Use ESET nod antivirus, update daily
LW says full connection
went to the www3.something something site and it said test passed
in adv tools, says leaf node, supports firewall transfers
connected to 3 UP's, zero for the rest
newest java installed
yes, tried reinstalling LW, using older versions (4.18?, 5.4.6) etc. Cant find the much spoken about preferences folder though.

Ive tried EVERYTHING posted here, nothing helps. As far as I can remember, the only thing that changed around the time it stopped mustve been an ESET antivirus update.

Stop multiple posting and use a real BitTorrent client like Torrent - a (very) tiny BitTorrent client or Vuze: The most powerful bittorrent client in the world.

Stick to one thread I'll be deleting the other posts.

Edit: Might very well be your ISP at fault. Try using RC4 encryption and lazy bitfield settings in a proper client. Limewire's halfassed torrent implementation doesn't include "luxuries" like that.
