Question Upload speed at 0kps :-(

Hello, I notice that I am sharing with 8 people at 0kps. I want to be able to share with the limewire community but it doesn't seem to be working. I just upgraded to windows 7 and I looked at all the settings in my limewire they seem to be correct. I don't have a router and I configured windows firewall to all transfers from limewire. I also have AVast antivirus... Can someone please help me to give back? Thanks

well I don't know why but now it is transfering much faster. Does Lime-wire take time to "warm up" or form connections?

Sometimes it 'might' have that apparent effect. The longer you are connected on the network generally the better things run.
Also, sometimes you can be connected to one or more 'dud' ultrapeers which do not forward on or pass back messages between your LW & the other peers. (In most cases I suspect these are planted there to deliberately disrupt the network for people by obvious sources to discourage p2p sharing.)

that makes sense as the "obvious sources" would have the resources to run multiple ultrapeers... I can't even run one :-( But thanks, I appreciate your time and assistance.
