why wont my players work on video's tried Roxio and real players cant get noting to work :(

We need A LOT MORE INFO from you about your computer...

What 'player' you are using, the type(s) of files that are giving you problems, what "CODECS" you may or may not have installed, etc., etc.

As a starter, FORGET RealPlayer... It is garbage... Same for Windows Media Player...
