I know this is the BS forums but there are some good stickys in the LW forums also; see: Common installation errors: installshield msi 1628 error & ALL other Installation ERROR numbers & problems: update your installshield install engine. (click on link) OR if that doesn't solve it you will find a link to just that error within that sticky. Good luck!
