Unhappy playing movies

please help i am downloading a movies when i go to preview it says fails to render file i have vlc on my computer what am i doing wrong and why does it take so long for avi movies to download help i am only new thank you

Your previous 2 posts (also about avi) were posted in the Limewire section of the forum. So which are you using .. Bearshare or LW? Forum Rules (click here)

Need to wait until it's at least a few % downlded before previewing.

I don't know actually. If it plays one day & not the next .. sounds very odd. Try going here & downlding the DivX & Xvid players (links to the left side of page): http://www.divxmovies.com/codec/
