down loaded songs that i cant hear

i have downloaded about 35 songs, and after they have downloaded when i go to listen to them there is no sound, if anyone knows anything i would be most thankfull

Anything I would say if you have checked the volume. Or your speakers are unpluged, or maybe the files are fake ?
