Can't Download

Can someone help me??? When I Try to download, i get the message Waiting in line..Position...2 or what ever. Only this time when i got the message it said Waiting in line position 338 and never moved!!!!!!! i've left it on all day and it still says the same thing for the 5 hours. Does someone have any advice??? PLEASE???:
