Status/Progress always "active"
 

Hi,

I have been using Bearshare for a while and it has worked brilliantly and super fast. Today, I had to reinstall and now I cant get past the active status/progress and when I did have one file that finally was able to download, my speed is definitely not the same... I went from 30 seconds to 6 minutes. My main concern is that everything is now showing as active and waiting.

Did you reinstall the same version? Which version did you have before you reinstalled? It sounds to me more like your ISP has put the brakes on you using a p2p filter.

If it's slow then it's more likely your ISP or the BS version you're using.
