Songs only play intro

Help! Just recently mt downloade songs only play the first 10-15 seconds or so and then repeat. The song length may be 4 or 5 minutes but the continual intro loops the entire time...any suggestions???

Yeah, you are probably using your office network which has a full server strength anti-virus network software running on it. If this is the case then it is your office's AV messing up your MP3 downloads because they are against your office's internal IT policy.
