Can I transfer from this WMA format to Itunes?

Hey guys, sorry if this post is out of place, or just downright stupid, but I recently upgraded the ole' Bearshare and now nothing goes to my Itunes.

I know it's because it "Protected Content" but is there a program or anyway to bypass this? It'd be awesome if ya'll could help me out a bit. I checked the BearShare has been Stabotaged sticky and didn't see anything dealing with my problem.

Thank you for all your help.

Switching to b25 will prevent it from happening again.

As for converting the files, it's possible but just not worth the effort because
they are already encoded at a very low quality on purpose so that any
conversion to a regular format would make it sound crappy. Not only that, but
that DMCA crud made it temporarily illegal for people in the USA.

When you get b25 go into the Setup menu, go to Filters and make sure WMA,
WMP, ASF, M4P and WMV are in the Extensions list on the right side. That will
stop the few stray "protected" files on the real gnutella network from
showing up in your searches.

B25? Is that an older form of Bearshare?

Sorry, I'm kind of computer-retarted. Can't blame me though, I'm from Kentucky  .

Yes. It was the last of the publically tested betas before Free Peers was sued
and the software fell into the hands of the RIAA collaborator, MusicLab, a
subsidiary of the people who produced iMesh.

It is the last BearShare that had all of it's powers and the fact that it's a beta
means the upgrade nag will not pester you every time you run it. The betas
also had the unique distinction of vastly increased upper limits on download
performance to test for weaknesses in the code.

You can find it in the "Sabotaged" thread. Don't forget to get BearStart too,
because you will need it to start the beta and bypass the expiry date.
Don't forget to uninstall the BearShare you already have first.
