For subtitling existing foreign movies....

Thanks for the info on the Bearshare thingy. We have some movies that
need subtitles or voices (for dubbed over ones) but are afraid to download
another program that could cause problems - can you suggest one that is
known for its safe-ness? Another thing, is Limewire better than Bearshare?
Does it cause less problems? And do they have as many movies?
