downloaded a movie and it's just sound

I just downloaded a movie and it is just sound and no pic on windows media. What did I do wrong? Please some one help me!!!:confused:

download the movie again but try a different download then the one before.

You might need codecs for your player;) Check out the thread below for links to different codec packs - only have one codec pack installed at a time!
Or try VLC player...ilt's free, has codecs installed to play most file types & is very reliable.
