first....you can curse yourself out for installing such cr@p on a brand new system...

uninstall the externally controlled POS...do a system cleanup with a malware/spyware/etc leaner like adaware, spybot Search and Destroy, or SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition...

make sure to read the whole thread for tips and advice...

also you will probably HAVE to enable for forced UltraPeer mode to get connected to the network....
