NoisyHorse is a great assister to others; your light through the dark tunnel

BearShare can't install because it's a broken download/install

Whenever I go to download BearShare 9. It installs a bit. Near the beginning it goes 'BearShare won't download becuase you need to connect to the internet to download; it says I can either finish the broken download; or run a new file. Neither of them work. Please help,.
