To aid helpers in solving download/upload problems, LimeWire and Frostwire users must specify whether they are downloading a torrent file or a file from the Gnutella network. Members need to supply these details >>> System details - help us to help you (click on blue link) Moderators There are senior members on the forums who serve as Moderators. These volunteers keep the board organized and moving. Moderators are authorized to: (in order of increasing severity) Move posts to the correct forums. Many times, members post in the wrong forum. These off-topic posts may impede the normal operation of the forum. Edit posts. Moderators will edit posts that are offensive or break any of the House Rules. Delete posts. Posts that cannot be edited to comply with the House Rules will be deleted. Restrict members. This is one of the last punishments before a member is banned. Restrictions may include placing all new posts in a moderation queue or temporarily banning the offender. Ban members. The most severe punishment. Three or more moderators or administrators must agree to the ban for this action to occur. Banning is reserved for very severe offenses and members who, after many warnings, fail to comply with the House Rules. Banning is permanent. Please choose the correct section for your problem. 7. If you see a post in the wrong forum or in violation of the House Rules, please contact a moderator via Private Message or the "Report this post to a moderator" link at the bottom of every post. Please do not respond directly to the member - a moderator will do what is required. 8. Any impersonation of a forum member in any mode of communication is strictly prohibited and will result in banning. 9. Multiple copies of the same post will not be tolerated. Post your question, comment, or complaint only once. There is no need to express yourself more than once. Duplicate posts will be deleted with little or no warning. Keep in mind a forum censor may temporarily automatically hold up your post, if you do not see your post, do not post again, it will be dealt with by a moderator within a reasonable time. Authors of multiple copies of same post may be dealt with by moderators within their discrete judgment at the time which may result in warning or infraction points, depending on severity as adjudged by the moderators online. 10. Posts should have descriptive topics. Vague titles such as "Help!", "Why?", and the like may not get enough attention to the contents. 11. Commercial weblinks cannot be used under any circumstances and will result in an immediate ban. 13. Dual accounts are not allowed. Cannot explain this more simply. Attempts to set up dual accounts will most likely result in a banning of all forum accounts. 14. Video links may only be posted after you have a tally of two forum posts. Finalmente posts que no tienen nada que ver con Compartir Archivos Ahora, para las personas con problemas subiendo/descargando, consideren las siguientes sugerencias: Para maximizar su abilidad de bajar con exito, haga lo siguiente: 1. Vaya a a herramientas, opciones, buscar, calidad (Mostrar resultados de 4 estrellas) Esto hara que todas las personas que estan detras de firewall o tengan problemas de conexion sean filtrados en los resultados, lo cual eliminara frustraciones al descargar. Esto, hara tambien que se reduzca significativamente la cantidad de contenido que encuentres, ya que la mayoria del contenido compartido en la red viene de hosts que estan configurados pobremente para compartir, y de todos modos tendrias problemas bajandote archivos de ellos. 2. Ve a Herramientas,opciones, buscar, Velocidad (mostrar todas las velocidades) Hago esta sugerencia porque si ya estas filtrando por calidad, filtrar por velocidad reducira aun mas tus resultados, si hay 20 personas en conexiones modem que tienen contenido que tienen contenido que tu quieres, porque no bajarlo de ellos? 3. Ve a herramientas,opciones, filtros, computadores centrales, bajo deshabilitar todos los mensajes de computadores centrales especificos, agrega las siguientes direcciones IP 192.168.*.* y 10.*.*.* Hago esta sugerencia para filtrar todos los pedidos de redes privadas a la red. Estos IP no son enrutables, y no conseguiras conectarte y bajar el contenido de estos computadores, asi que ignora todo lo que venga de redes privadas. 4. Ve a herramientas, opciones, filtros, palabras claves, filtra todos los resultados que contienen !!! La mayoria de los virus o archivos porno que emulan resultados en las busquedas tienen estos caracteres. PROBLEMAS SUBIENDO Ahora con problemas para subir, si tienes problemas para darle archivos a otras personas desde tu computadora, sugiero que le digas a estar personas que hagan lo mismo que hiciste para mejorar tus downloads. algunas sugerencias generales: 1. Asegurate que no estes compartiendo desde el trabajo o desde la escuela, ya que el trafico peer 2 peeer tiende a ser prohibido por los administradores de estas redes. Aunque puede que no sea bloqueado explicitamente pueden estarse aplicando reglas de calidad de servicio a tu trafico 2. Si estas compartiendo desde la casa, deja tu computadora conectada al menos unas 4 horas. (No puedes esperar que las personas empiezen a bajar de ti si haces un par de busquedas y luego te desconectas) 3. FInalmente, si estas utilizando NAT (lo que quiere decir que la IP de tu computadora es 10.x.x.x o 192.x.x.x) puede ser que te puedas conectar y bajar contenido pero nadie podra bajarse nada de tu computadora. Si haz tomado el consego de otros de forzar tu IP utilizando limewire entonces ya estas a la mitad de hacer el Forward de tu puerto, pero necesitas FORZAR EL IP DE TU ROUTER o FIREFALL a la red. Para averiguar cual es el IP que utilizas para llegar a la red Gnutella, abre un web browser y ve a http://www.whatismyip.com Escribe el IP y forza este IP en limewire. Al aplicar estas sugerencias tendras mayor suerte en bajar y subir contenido a la red.  |
