I had the 4.18.18? for a long time, system crashed and I can't log back
in because I don't remember my password. I couldn't find a contact
number, so I had to buy "Pro" for technical help. I bought the lowest
price, and still couldn't get help. Any suggestions? Anyone have a
phone number?

When did you purchase LW 4.18? Sounds like your support period was finished anyway. But if you just purchased Pro you can download the 4.18.8 version if you would prefer. Just click on the 4.18 link on right side of your pro download page.

Thanks for the post. The problem is that I can't remember my password for 4.18.
That's why I purchased Pro to get support, but I didn't want the $34 one and the
lesser priced one doesn't have support. Isn't there some way to contact these people? I'm now paying for something I can't use.

It's difficult to see now, but there is an option for 6 months for $21.95

If you purchased the one time version, you probably will have had an option for the older version but I'm not sure. Perhaps best if you explain your situation to limenathan (click on link)

I tried to purchase the $21.95 also, but it wouldn't let me. I guess because I
just purchased the $13.95, which will only let me in with my password that I
have forgotten. Catch 22???

I just checked with my credit card company about the charge I put on,
and they were able to give me the phone number. I called, billing took
care of the charge for me, and informed me there is no password
needed. The request for a password is if you want to share a file
on G-mail. I'm feeling kind of dumb, but happy.
