problems with limewire and frostwire
 

Hi,i download frost wire and limewire ,every time i try to run the program any one of them it get stuck and apears a message saying "downloading user interface" firewall has ben turn off and theports had been open on my computer y have windows xp any sugestions?thanks a lot for your help.the only way to turn off the program its to turn off the computer
