why do you need to wait for it to install that stupid java why dont you who made the program just download the java and put it on the file that people is downloading from your site so it will go faster and less annoying

Salut the_onlineman, we have our reasons, mainly user friendlyness and bandwidth.

First, users who keep up to date with us have to download the program often. Since FW is 5MB and Java 1.5 is 16MB (3 times more than FW itself), that would be 21MB download: what a waste of bandwidth as well as time for those who have already java 1.5...

Also, those who have older Java (or no Java) get the newest version without trouble.

Of course you can always download and install the latest Java before downloading FrostWire.
