100 % CPU in FW 4.10.3.0

after skin changing. The splash screen comes up and down, and no FW application in task manager, only javaw.exe process.
There is no such problem with LW 4.10.3

Yes, I have seen that message. But here the problem is only with FW 4.10.3. No problem with the older 4.10.0 update 3.
