Can't upload songs onto RCA Lyra mp3 help?

Does anyone know how to take songs from the frostwire library and upload them into a RCA Lyra mp3 player?

First you have to know where your songs are: go into your FW library, click on Saved Files. Now click Explore.
This will show you where your songs are saved. Now, just follow your player's instructions for adding songs & add them from your saved folder;)
