FrostWire running slow or download speed is slow? Click Here

[Update tuesday 31th january 2006] 4.10.5 available! Get it here: http://www.frostwire.com/index.php?t...tWire:Download

Thank you for reading this sticky before posting a question or bug report about FrostWire being very slow (using 100% CPU resources and/or downloads are incredibly slow).

We ARE aware of these issues and there IS a new beta release scheduled for Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Please be patient and please do not post any more topics on the issue. Also, downgrading to an older version will only work as a temporary fix because many of the new to-be-released versions will contain many bug-fixes (such as the upcoming 4.10.5 release) that will fix many well-known bugs and some not-so-well-known bugs.

Thank you for your patience as our beta phase continues. I would just like to thank all of you who have confirmed these bugs for us, we appreciate such a response from the community and hope that you will continue to respond to bugs that you may find while beta-testing or casually using the software.

Thank you,

Ian Walker
