Cool! And do you like the new theme/logo/icons? Alkalinex (ultracross) did a good job on that too.

I'd like to hear how FW works from a Mac Intel user too, anyone here with that hardware?

Ciao

I think I prefer the old logo/splash screen. The file icons look pretty good, but the ugly firewall/strength/shares icons remain. I haven't noticed anything different with network performance (running Linux).

Iif you dont like it, change it and send it to us. Thats the point of open source.

themes from FW main page

you know i downloaded the themes and dropped into the themes folder in the hidden applicationdata folder ok
but you know the downloaded themes have no graphics why is that like the standard one do as i was saying they have there own folders in the themes which stores there graphics and there lwtp files in the attached folder for use in the skin selection within fw but the downloaded lwtp files such as halloween
i was wondering where do i get the graphics for these themes thewy arent downloaded onl;y the lwtp are
Brad
can anyone assist

Speak more clearly so people can understand what you type. I can only deduce this much: Q: You want to know where to get graphics to make your own theme? A: You make them, silly.

A bit weird still

4.10.5 running ALOT better then the previous one. Might be a problem with my settings or my ISP but still in most cases it works great.

I'm running Window home 2005 Media Center Edition, and I have some weird problems still.

Uploads often don't start for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours which seems really long to me. It isn't because I don't have desirable files. When uploads finaly start they wil go from 0 to 5 slots (which is my set limit) in a few minutes and and then start queing people

most times I am only on the network 6 hours a day, because it's the only time I get free internet, that means that people that upload large files from me will have to wait much longer to get them

Also some (only some) downloads will show downloading from first 1 then 2 maybe even 3 hosts, but downloadspeed is zero the whole time, and I mean for hours

edit: (5 february) Uploads started ok tonight (all slots busy after 1/2 an hour. I also should add that I use UPnP, because I am currently locked out fro my router options, and I don't dare reset, because I need the Internet every day for school, or I will be really F***ed

To Hornet (below). I only have 3% CPU usage with 2 Downloads and 5 Uploads
1.7 GHrz 512 Ram Updated Java

P.S. Anything from Norton is crap. I speak from experience

I just retained the black theme from former LW installation, since its my fave, and its easiest on the eyes. Only thing I modified was the splash, which I posted around Christmas.

I'm still having between 40 and 75% CPU usage, but not complaining... just wondered if its normal? Is that what would be expected? Guess I never really paid attention before. Been having problems with my ISP lately on bad CRC errors, so have Norton ************ running when online, so this is how I noticed it. Either way, no biggie.

Lastly, are there any resources to learn how to use the BeanShell?

[added later:]
BeanShell particulars: http://www.beanshell.org/ The jar file is already included in the FW install, but there is a PDF at the site. If you mess up FW, don't complain here, ok? :)
