Alright, I recently uninstalled frostwire, then tried to reinstall it. I got a GenericWindowsUtils.dll Not Found error, then a Limewire20.dll Not Found error. I checked my Program Files, and the old frostwire files were there with all of the data even though I uninstalled it.
When I go to delete the file, I get a "clink.jar" cannot be deleted, is being used by another application. It is also still on my taskbar.
It doesn't appear in the HKEY_LOCAL_USER>Software in the registry, either. Nor in the ADD/Remove programs list.
Would anybody know how to fix this?

EDIT: Nevermind, I rebooted it and turns out Wine in my linux partition somehow got ahold of it. If a mod could delete this?
