frostwire?

Is frostwire a good program to use? Is it good like limewire?

It's based on LW. At this point in time, there's not too much difference. :)

Frostwire is pretty much exactly the same as the nagware version of Limewire.

My experience

Having used Limewire and now testing the waters with FW, Frostwire opens and closes faster and i like Frostwire's look a tad better. Just my opinion.
