[Resolved] Need help: No pictures from downloaded movie
 

I downloaded a movie

When I try to play it in windows media player, I can hear the audio but no pictures are coming up. However, other movies which I've downloaded from Frostwire play ok.

Any ideas anyone on what could be the problem?

First of all, please go back to your post and remove the name of the file you've downloaded (use the "edit" button in the right bottom corner of your post). It is against the forum rules to post names of files of copyright protected things....:

To your problem, try to download the VLC player (it's free). It is one of the best players with built-in codecs (which seems to be your problem) and the most recommended here. Try to play the file with it.
